Return and Exchange Policy

At Dial-A-Tire, our goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied. We accept returns on products that have not been used within 3 days of receiving your order as long as the product is returned to our store or one of our agreed drop-off locations. Customers may also initiate an exchange if a product is found to be defective within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange Product must be:

  • The product must be unused, unmounted, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Original invoice must be shown at time of exchange.

Exchange Process

When we receive notification of a exchange request, our team will inspect the product being returned. Upon inspection, if approved, you will either receive a replacement for the value of the product or a future store credit for the value of the product.

Process for Refunds

Kindly reach out to us at 800 214 or [email protected] regarding your request for a refund. Your refund request will be assessed and once approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Out of Stock

If a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will provide you with a proposed reasonable alternative option. If you do not like the proposed reasonable option, you are entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred while returning/exchanging purchased items. We strongly encourage you to select a shipping method that is trackable as we are not responsible for any lost shipments.

Exclusions

Dial-A-Tire reserves the right to refuse an exchange on any product that has been mounted, driven on, or has been used in any manner.
